Customer service is poor and you do not get a friendly feeling. I purchased new hearing aids about a year ago. I received no advice or even showing me how to put them in. I figured things out over time, but the only thing they are good at is taking your money. The old adage "You get what you pay for" definitely applys at Costco. Cheaper is not even close to better. Buyer beware. I will need to go another route, so the money I spent is lost.
Things started great but then he lost one of the hearing aids (less than 6 months in) They replaced it but the replacement ear piece was smaller causing it to squeal and fall out. When I called to get the problem fixed the service suddenly bottomed out and the excuses sky rocketed. Making a mistake is natural, fast talking excuses make me not trust them.
