Things started great but then he lost one of the hearing aids (less than 6 months in) They replaced it but the replacement ear piece was smaller causing it to squeal and fall out. When I called to get the problem fixed the service suddenly bottomed out and the excuses sky rocketed. Making a mistake is natural, fast talking excuses make me not trust them.

I came to Costco for a hearing aides test and info on hearing aides. A few weeks later I booked an appt to receive my hearing aides. I came in where a petite girl with very long hair and an older lady with blond/dark roots hair was helping people. Helping is the wrong term because they were snapping at clients, telling clients that they could not answer a question unless they had an appt.
