Don’t waste your time here! I attempted to get my hearing aids here but the staff was not competent. Tech has been there many years but after three attempts to get my hearing aids adjusted so I could hear without echoing and feeling like my ears were plugged, she did not make them any more comfortable. I wound up returning them and instead went to Hear USA in Robbinsdale where they have an actual Dr of audiology. Excellent service and I can hear wonderfully now with my new hearing aids!

I am writing an employee review for Mike Grover, Hearing Instrument Dispenser in Maple Grove, MN. Mike Grover did an outstanding job working with me when I went in for hearing aids. Frankly, I was very apprehensive and worried about the process of being fitted and learning how to use hearing aids. Mike was very caring, understanding, and encouraging throughout the entire appt, which can be lengthy. Bottom line: Mike Grover was excellent and has earned a 5 Star rating from me.
