Ok This is getting rediculous, we've been calling everyday to make an appointment and the workers never answer thier phone. Im not happy with howthey dont answer their phone. Last time we called we got smart and went up to Costco to "see how busy they were" shopping. Well there was no customers in waiting the workers goofing off, we " kindly" walked up to them requested to get molds made. They made the molds now its been almost 4 weeks, yes 4 weeks we've waited for the ear molds to come in after being told it would be 2 week... read more
