I bought hearing aids here early last year. I returned them as they hurt the back of my ears and ear canal. Also the quality of sound was not good in the particular pair that i purchased from the store. My previous pair was also from Costco I was very pleased with them. I called today to revisit purchasing a different pair, I really didn't want a new hearing appointment as I thought i had been in more recently than last Jan. Name brand hearing aids at half the price
I have been very impressed with the great customer service provided by the Hearing Aid Center at this location. The manager Megan is absolutely fantastic! She made it easy to do business with them. Very professional. Her and her staff know how to deliver real customer service. Can't say enough good about my experience here.
