I've had experience with other providers, and Costco has been the best. It's not just their prices, but the entire process ... exam, fitting, follow up and service ... has been top notch. The hearing aids are also current and high tech. The bargain priced Kirkland Signature aids (made by Phonak) are getting close to the branded aids. Even remote service and adjustment.
Upgraded HA firmware, fixed power bug, allow Resound Preza HA to finally be used like headphones via bluetooth to phone.
