I bought hearing aids at Costco about 7 years ago. They both have static noise now and I literally cannot use them anymore. The store will not service anything over 6 years old, so I’m stuck with a set of unusable expensive hearing aids. I wish I would have shopped around because the ones from Costco were so expensive I honestly expected to use them the rest of my life, not 7 years. Now I have to find another pair, and it will not be from Costco I guarantee.
For years I have been asking my Wife to repeate things, my youngest Daughter I just could not hear sometimes even if she repeated things. The tipping point came when we had a Fathers Day dinner at a restaurant and I could not understand any of the conversations. I went in previously to see Mark at Lehi Costco and was very impressed with his knowledge and help he gave me in understanding my hearing loss. Front desk guy not very friendly but Nick and Jennifer are great! Highly recommend their hearing aids because of price and convenience. Use the Costco Visa card and your warranty is pushed out to 5 years!
