This is the place to go! After years of overspending on hearing aids for my parents, we found our way to Carly at the Costco hearing aid center in Mayfield Hts. She was overwhelmingly kind, and professional, fitting my 90 year old Father and recently my Mother. My mom’s situation was a bit difficult as she is completely deaf in one ear and very, very little hearing in the other. She had lost her hearing aid and is declining from Alzheimer’s. Absolutely the best! Fantastic service and lowest cost, even for premium full feature aids like Phonak and Rexton. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Audiologists and technicians are experts who patiently explain everything and provide multiple programs with settings adjusted to fit my needs.
