Everything went very smoothly. Thank you for this great service. Easy to make appt and they took me even tho I was a bit late.
If you want quality people and great products at a reasonable price, look no further. Just be patient these guys and gals are super busy because of the service they provide. Be sure to get an appointment. The hearing screening was top notch so be prepared to stay awhile.

Everyone there acts like I was their audiologist, not someone else’s. The return policy is wonderful. I started with Phonax and we struggled to make it work. I was able to try a different brand that worked for me. If not for the extended time, I may have ended up with expensive aids living in a drawer, and an be unhappy customer. It is a good marketing strategy. First you get me back in the store to have them cleaned, and that makes me continue returning. Great experience. Took my mom to het a hearing test and possibly fitted for a hearing aid. The whole staff went above and beyond to help her get a proper evaluation despite communication difficulties. From scheduling to testing to picking the proper hearing aid, everyone made it such a positive experience
