I had been a satisfied customer for hearing aids for nine years, but unfortunately, my experience has taken a turn for the worse. While they are quick to schedule appointments when selling hearing aids, follow-up visits and adjustments now require waiting one to two weeks. It wasn't like this before. I prefer to see the same audiologist, but that has become even more difficult. I believe all customers should receive the same level of priority. Becca was truly amazing! She went above and beyond to help my mother with her hearing aids and solved all of the issues that we discussed with her. I cannot thank her enough and we are very grateful for her help.

Kelly went way above and beyond the call of duty for me. She helped me track down warranty info from the Costco in Mexico where I originally purchased my hearing aids. Courtney also was great, he helped fit me for a great new pair of hearing aids and even supplied me with loaners to tide me over until the new ones came in. Couldn’t be happier with the good folks here!
