24 to 36 hour response time for an appointment ! Really!! Feed back is out of sight. Cannot connect to blue tooth, have to wait for appointment. Westminster store has someone at counter to assist. Not Arvada store, I need to return these. Jabra’s and go to where they have reliable customer service.
Why on earth does it require an appointment to drop off hearing aids for a repair when the work doesn’t even require the wearer to be present? You need to make an appointment to make an appointment at this location 🤦♀️
I purchased my hearing aids from Costco in Superior. I like that we can go to other Costcos if hearing aid supplies are needed. I tried to get replacement filters and tulips for my hearing aids at the Wadsworth location. The gal at the location refused to provide them. She stated those items are like prescription items. Huh? They are supplies. She said that the Superior location did not put the sizes in, so she can't provide them. I showed her a picture of the previous packages. My husband and I were very impressed with the professional customer care we received from Binyum today. My husband did not have an appt. but Binyum took the time to clean and check the hearing aids. and patiently explain what was going one with them.
