Why on earth does it require an appointment to drop off hearing aids for a repair when the work doesn’t even require the wearer to be present? You need to make an appointment to make an appointment at this location 🤦♀️
I purchased my hearing aids from Costco in Superior. I like that we can go to other Costcos if hearing aid supplies are needed. I tried to get replacement filters and tulips for my hearing aids at the Wadsworth location. The gal at the location refused to provide them. She stated those items are like prescription items. Huh? My husband and I were very impressed with the professional customer care we received from Binyum today. My husband did not have an appt. but Binyum took the time to clean and check the hearing aids. and patiently explain what was going one with them.
After many years of hesitation, I finally bit the bullet they were very helpful
