They never answer their phone and if you leave a message it never gets returned. Only way is to go to the store to make an appointment, while you wait the phone is ringing and several people are just there but not answering the calls.
24 to 36 hour response time for an appointment ! Really!! Feed back is out of sight. Cannot connect to blue tooth, have to wait for appointment. Westminster store has someone at counter to assist. Not Arvada store, I need to return these. Jabra’s and go to where they have reliable customer service.
Why on earth does it require an appointment to drop off hearing aids for a repair when the work doesn’t even require the wearer to be present? You need to make an appointment to make an appointment at this location 🤦♀️
I purchased my hearing aids from Costco in Superior. I like that we can go to other Costcos if hearing aid supplies are needed. I tried to get replacement filters and tulips for my hearing aids at the Wadsworth location. The gal at the location refused to provide them. She stated those items are like prescription items. Huh?
