The guy there on Saturday refused to help me because I had previously seen another sales consultant there. He is super rude.
Great service. They provide a free hearing test identical to those in an ear doctor's office. The hearing aids cost almost half of what you would pay in a private doctor's office. They have a better warranty and you can go back for a hearing test and adjustment to your aids for free. The people are very nice and very helpful.
I have owned several sets of expensive hearing aids over a period of 15 years and have never been able to hear as well as with my new hearing aids , purchased at Cosco at 1/3 the price .My audiologist was Shannon. She was patient ,caring and very knowledgeable. I am so glad that I switched to Cosco and would never buy my hearing aids anywhere else.
The team here are fantastic! I would highly recommend coming here for all of your hearing aid needs!
