Great service. They provide a free hearing test identical to those in an ear doctor's office. The hearing aids cost almost half of what you would pay in a private doctor's office. They have a better warranty and you can go back for a hearing test and adjustment to your aids for free. The people are very nice and very helpful.
I have owned several sets of expensive hearing aids over a period of 15 years and have never been able to hear as well as with my new hearing aids , purchased at Cosco at 1/3 the price .My audiologist was Shannon. She was patient ,caring and very knowledgeable. I am so glad that I switched to Cosco and would never buy my hearing aids anywhere else.

Costco Hearing center at king of prussia changed staff sometime late last year. Previous staff was Attentive, customer centric and polite. We were extremely happy with our servicing and care that was provided. Considering the exceptional customer service we received for over 10+ years, we decided to get another pair of hearing aid from costco. New staff could use some lessons in customer service.
