I would like to compliment Christopher Chicas Bastidas from the Mountain View Hearing Aid department. He is very patience, thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything to I needed to know about my hearing aid. On my second visit he didn't seem to mind reviewing most of it again. I felt I was in very good hands with Christopher.
The hearing test technician is great but the receptionist needs to learn some courtesy manner when scheduling test.
Very knowledgeable, courteous, good prices.
