I am new to hearing aids, and after my ENT doctor’s office quoted nearly $6K for a new pair, I researched other options and decided on Costco. Big shout out to Jon for helping my dad with a hearing test and getting fitted for his first hearing aids. Jon was amazing from the beginning super friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Going to Costco for hearing aids is a no brainier!!
I purchased hearing aids from the Costco Hearing Aid Center several years ago and returned for an appointment to update my hearing test. Becca White, the hearing aid manager, administered the test and did a superb job. She explained how the test works, went over changes in my hearing with me, and then reprogrammed my hearing aids to very positive effect. She was gracious, interested, skilled, and knowledgeable.
