Rebecca was very knowledgeable and explained everything well, the things i needed to know for a first timer. She put me at ease right away.
Rebecca was awesome!!... she was very patient and kind with my 91 year old Mom... and my Mom loves her new hearing aids.
Jennifer and Rosa went out of their way to accommodate my 94 year old mother. Their patience and kindness to get her appointments, testing and fitting with total satisfaction is above and beyond expected levels! 5 stars all the way!
