I absolutely love my hearing aides and have had a good experience. Lately though they have been understaffed. I have tried 4 different occassions at different times, to get a new kit and or get them cleaned and they have been unable to help. Very frustrating.
Staff is friendly, doctor is knowledgeable, it was affordable and convenient.
Great service, batteries are cheaper, and the aids are quality.
