The two ladies working there provided amazing customer service. I felt very comfortable doing the hearing test with.
The front desk staff are so disinterested in doing their job. They don't bother retrieving messages, calling back, don't apologise when they mess up your appointment. I told the audiologist this today when my appointment was messed up for the second time.
Is there anyone in this branch who can help me get a job at Costco?
