Very disappointed in service. This was my first hearing aid and the audiologist did not take the time to discuss options or how to use the app. I didn’t know it could be paired with my iPhone until my neighbor told me. I went back to ask for help pairing my phone today. The receptionist told me it would be a few minutes and then went to her break. The audiologist especially, but also the staff at Beacon Heights are excellent. Anytime I have needed help with the program or the battery doors, I have received quick support snd amazing help. Quick and at no cost. Most appreciated. Allen is amazing.
Have been very accommodating, particularly during Covid. They take the time to explain and go out of their way to find a solution that is the best and the least expensive. Very ethical and professional.
