Bad product, bad customer service. I'm 47. I have atypical hearing loss. I was fitted for hearing aids at Costco in Sept. The first pair failed because of annoying buzzing sound and they nicely replaced them (after leaving me without hearing aids for a week). The second pair had the t-coil function fail in February, within the 180 day return window. But they "couldn't get me in" to check if they had really failed until after the return window closed.
