I like the place, it's my first time being fitted for hearing aids in person. Unfortunately they've had to reschedule my fitting twice so far. I hope I get my new aids soon to help me communicate with my friends and family. Customer service is excellent. My new hearing aids are great.
This place is the largest Home Depot center we have been to. It is bigger than the one in Union, New Jersey! Yet, with that size, you can pretty much guess that you will not be able to get anyone to help you. With the more with less concept in the business world these days, that is what to expect!
