what a great hearing aid centre! my experience was so good that i cannot believe this resource to Costco members isnt used by each and every member, i first lost my hearing aid, and fortunate with the mastercart warranty, it was 100% replaced, and with my second unit whenever i need an small touch up on unit, i can take it in and ensure everything is okay. Typical of the other Hearing Aid Centers, I had tried calling for an appointment and no one returned my call. However, I gave them 5 stars because when I dropped in, they were wonderful. Very helpful and attentive.
My elderly mother has been a hearing aid user for over 10 years. Her hearing has degraded significantly over that time, to the point of her having extreme difficulty carrying on conversations for quite a few years now. Up until recently, she was a patient of a private hearing practice and had been in recently to see if anything could be done to improve her situation.
