If you’re considering purchasing hearing aids from Costco do yourself a favor and throw your money out the window! I attempted to get my hearing fixed yesterday in Estero for the fifth time between here and CT and i don’t think it would have been possible to find an employee who could have cared less. I’m totally giving up on my Jabra pros and considering them a total loss and finding a hearing aid center that sells a quality product and has compassion for their customers.
