So this is an interesting one. I had multiple appointments with Robert. He's a top-notch guy, very friendly, helpful, intuitive, knowledgeable and experienced.... And now he's retiring in a couple weeks. WAAAHHH!!! I really miss him and hope they find a good replacement. However I would still vouch for the business as a whole. Knowledgeable staff that were bang on with the medical specialists' diagnosis. I have a different hearing loss than the norm and they figured it out. Excellent service with good pricing.
