Wow, wow, and wow!!!!! I was totally blown away with the level of service at the Costco Hearing Center in Glendale on 79th Ave. When it comes to hearing aids, I'm an old pro. For years my provider was a top flight ENT office here in the valley. I was always satisfied. I decided to take a shot at Costco and boy I was impressed. My hearing professional was Patrick Meers. I took my 85 year old mother here. The man at the desk, named Chris, was obnoxious, condescending and argumentative with an air of elitism. He wouldn't listen to what I was telling him and I had to correct him three times about everything he said! . We were trying to buy hearing aids and he kept telling us to "go get yours fixed!" We were telling him about the appointment my mom made on the phone and he kept walking away and telling us that there was no such appointment.
