Last year they were a great experience. This year they are horrible, not really helpful, not really friendly, takes almost twice as long for initial stated warranty work. When product does come back 10 days late no urgency to have you come pick it up, technician on phone is not helpful borderline rude. Department has definitely gone down hill in a short amount of time.
I had an excellent guest experience at the hearing aid center with Kevin. He was very thorough in the testing process and expertly explained the results of my hearing test and what they meant for me. It was evident that Kevin really cares about helping people both hear and be heard. He listened to and validated my experience with hearing loss, which was incredibly refreshing after being brushed off by several doctors over the last few years. My brother had purchased and tried many hearing devices prior to Costco. I have always been a huge fan and member since the early 80's when they were Price Club. The hearing specialist spent at least 45 minutes with him as I watched. He was super professional and very concerned that he got every detail right. He put a sample pair of the aids in his ears and fine tuned them. Then he let him walk around the store for a test drive. The Jabra hearing aids were a great fit and really improved his hearing. Literally just came from here a few minutes ago. The lady in the desk (glasses, red cardigan & dark hair with highlights) was so so helpful to check my hearing aid and discover it was the cable not working. Definitely love the center & grateful to hear again!
