Had purchased aids in 2021 wore a short time and they've been charging ever since .. well they are now dead and need repaired lol ..ITS ALL ME not Costco .But Mark gave me a new hearing test and was going to reprogram them ..Mark is the best ,professional ,thorough, explains and listens to you ..highly recommend.their aids are good quality .when they come back repaired he will program ,hen readjust if needed
