Incompetent and lazy in Altamonte! Three visits to the hearing center and not one of these morons would make any effort to adjust the hearing aid so that I can hear properly out of it. Went to the Winter Park location and it was taken care of promptly.
I have been taking my mom to this hearing center for years. With two elderly parents, I have had experience with several audiologist and hearing specialists. You will find no one better to work with than the people here at Altamonte Costco. Valerie is fantastic and always goes well above and beyond for customer service. She represents the company in a professional and caring way, and I personally feel like she needs a big raise.
