Overall I had a really good experience and would have given 5 stars except my having been treated rather poorly by one of the hearing associates. When I first went in she was very short with me, very abrupt, almost like I was bothering her. Then after having my hearing aids for about 6 months I was shopping and decided to stop by the hearing center and pick up another pack of the "ear domes" which are free for life at Costco. I have a good friend who's hearing aid had been damaged when she was in the hospital after suffering a stroke. We had called the Ft. Collins office first, because that is where she had originally purchased her hearing aid. We received a voice mail recording. I called the administration office to see if someone could call me back.
