Always great service. I have been there often with folks that I help.
I have a good friend who's hearing aid had been damaged when she was in the hospital after suffering a stroke. We had called the Ft. Collins office first, because that is where she had originally purchased her hearing aid. We received a voice mail recording. I called the administration office to see if someone could call me back.
