Be aware when ordering hearing aids from Costco in Bellevue that they do NOT have an audiologist on staff. When I had an issue with my left hearing aid Franklin kept telling me it was because I had wax in my ears. I put the hearing aid next to my husband's ear and it squealed then too. I then went to my doctor to have my ears cleaned out and she said I did NOT have wax. Needless to say it seems like that's their excuse for any hearing aid problem. I been used hearing aids all of my life. Went to many dealers to buy my hearing aids and Costco has been my best experience. Frank and his team had given me excellent service there over the years. My previous dealer made me book appointments just to get the ear parts for my hearing aids. Costco I’ll just stop by and the team gladly help me out giving me my hearing parts like screens and domes. I had not one bad experience there since they opened. Great staff!
After having an independent hearing test and prescription for $6000.00 hearing aids, when considering my options.. I decided to check out Costco’s Hearing Center in January 2019. My experience has been excellent with thorough examinations and continuous ability to consult and correct my hearing with minor adjustments along the way. When buying the staff was very nice and helpful. I was willing to buy the most expensive, but they did not offer me that and sold me the cheaper one which was a Resound. After 3 months it died. I went back to Costco and Audiologist told me I Would have to make an appointment for 2 weeks later. I made a fuss told her I lived 22 miles away. She angrily took and said Come back in an hour.
