My husband and I were waiting for them to call us to pick up our pairs of lenses. They never called, we had to call and ask. When we arrived to pick them up, my husband's prescription was wrong. I had also asked for trial contacts and they weren't comfortable. I asked the receptionist and the doctor and he just started saying that he could give me other ones and that they would be more uncomfortable and more expensive. The lady there was so helpful and very patient. It was my first time getting contacts and wearing them and I had so much trouble taking them out but she was very helpful and nice about it. The doctor was also very nice and imformative!

Won’t be returning, would rather drive to a different city for better customer service and people who don’t treat you like a quota.

Bad experience, we've been waiting forever just for a pair of "trial" contact lenses for my daughter. And they seem to not care about it, they don't say anything, last time I spoke to the receptionist she said she will ask the doctor for a different brand of lenses for my daughter since she needs them for school and she said she will call me back with an answer and she never did, it's been about a month and a half since then and still NO word from them. They should care more about their patients and not just take their money... read more
