The worse an unprofessional Custer service experience I have ever seen.
This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have had at Costco. I asked a simple question about my membership, but instead of helping me, the cashier, Tony, told me, "I don't want to talk to you," and sent me to the membership desk. That response was completely unacceptable. At the membership desk, I was assisted by an employee whose name tag read Yonis.
