Employees are so intent on moving through the store quickly that they shove carts into customers, move hand trucks into aisle without looking first, etc. Got accidently punched in chest when cashier suddenly swang arm behind her without looking in order to hand something to another employee. Cashiers and "cart loaders" break eggs, and so poorly load customer carts that items are often damaged or fall out of cart. Horrible. Bought Kirkland Hearing Aids for $1900. Took them home, they sounded tinny and distorted, and worse, they hurt my ears. (I've been wearing Beltone hearing aids for 9 years so I'm familiar with hearing aids.) I went back to their office two days later and asked for smaller domes--the parts that go into the ears. They changed them but were irritated at me, said usually people just wait for their follow up appointment. I said, "They hurt too much, can't wait for the appointment." Went home.
