I went into cost care for a work eval and they said my vision was better than perfect and I passed every test well. Then I get a report from the company that ordered the test and said I Failed and So I called cost care and told them they made a mistake twice and they said I would have to have acuity reorder another test. I called acuity twice and they said I would have to pay for private optometry test out of my own pocket which was $120 to prove costcare made a mistake. Excellent, kind and efficient help. Absolutely no complaints! I was listened to, helped as quickly as possible and felt safe the whole time. The service was affordable (by American standards) and I am glad I chose to visit this clinic.
