Don't try this company. my heatpump broke down 6 months and then 1 year later again after installation. They cheated the BC Energy rebate and installed a cheap defective heatpump, then after 1 year warranty it broke down and they charged you an extensive amount to fix it. Mine was broken down twice a year.
The manager is a jerk. He installed very cheap quality heatpump which broke down year by year so that you have to pay for the high maintenance fee every year. I suggest all families check yours. I am preparing to file complaint to different departments and media as well.
We had our HWT replaced. Costar provided quality product and professional installation. Competive pricing. We are happy. Our next project is to replace the HVAC unit with Costar.
