These guys care about their clientele and communicate regularly to update us with new things that can help our business. They meet with us in person at our office too. Tried crexi for a bit and I still think Costar is the gold standard
Truly vile company. Illegal billing practices, very dishonest people work here, impossible to get help with your business account. They charge you for services and then dont provide those services but continue billing and wont allow you to cancel when you request. Avoid them at all costs.
CoStar has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They take months to respond, lie to get you into contract and then do not deliver on the services promised. Every rep says something different. They lack integrity, professionalism and ethics.
