The MOST unethical company I have ever dealt with. The local rep can not be trusted to tell the truth. If you are expecting them to do the right thing you will be very disappointed. Their contracts are impossible to get out of...always automatically renewing. Getting a straight answer is like playing whack-a-mole as they bob and weave attempting to avoid you.
The service is ok. The customer service is terrible. I've been trying to cancel my account for a while now, but once they find out you want to cancel, they will stop taking your calls, not return messages, and avoid you all together. I would not reccomend this service. Save yourself the frustrating and money and avoid this service.
