Just wanting to give a BIG shoutout to John and Ang who went out of their way to help me out with engine issues. I had no booking and they were very busy, but they attended to my problem….which took most of the day…..with such professionalism and kindness. We encountered a transmission issue today driving from Geelong to Sydney. Jeep was stuck in 3rd gear driving up the Hume. Pulled into Wandong Heathcote Junction and drove into Costanzo’s hopeful that they may provide assistance. John was amazing. He did not hesitate to assist, immediately troubleshooting the issue and had us back on the road in 20 minutes. Thank you John! Greatly appreciate your assistance!
