I approached Frank Costabile Jr to help me accomplish accounting work back in 2022. I could immediately tell his unresponsive style of communication was going to be difficult to work with. At the beginning of the engagement I had to follow up many times just to get the project started. Eventually he handed off my work to another CPA in the firm named Anne (she did great work) but could only took the project so far.
