Management isn't very good they allow people to illegally sublease apartments complaints have been made but they have been ignored
The units themselves are nice and Mike, the lead maintenace tech is a really nice helpful guy. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Complaints are not taken seriously and often ignored. The complex started out nice but once it started filling up it went downhill fast. It would be nice if the residents took a little pride in where they lived and cleaned up after themselves rather than expect the maintenance department to do it all.
