If it was possible to rate him a star( -) I would do that. Company does terrible work and the owner Elias is unethical, unreliable and unprofessional. That says it all
Cancelled service with them over a year ago. They stopped service but continued to bill me. Still getting bills over a year later despite several calls where they agreed to stop sending invoices. Called again today to complain and was hung up on!! Horrible customer service and we will be escalating this to the better business bureau and to our lawyers.
These guys are fraudsters. I paid thousands of dollars for sod. They brought rotten sod that didn't last a week. Never called me back. I ended up hiring another landscape company
Blocks the roads with his truck everyday.
Avoid this Costa Rica Landscape Management if at all possible. I cancelled their service by written notice and have been getting monthly invoices from them for over half a year now, despite a number of phone calls and texts to them.
