BEFORE YOU CONSIDER COSTA POINTE YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND THERE ARE TWO FLIGHT TRAINING SCHOOLS AT THE VERY NEARBY AIRPORT, AND THERE IS INCESSANT PROPELLER AIRCRAFT NOISE. THESE PLANES OFTEN FLY RIGHT OVER THE HOMES AT COSTA POINTE. Touch-and-go training is from 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM Local time on Monday- Saturday and 12:00 PM until 10:00 PM local time on Sunday. My husband and I are full time residents of Vero Beach and we happened to drive by the development of Costa Pointe. It peaked our curiosity and we decided to drive it and take a look. We went to the Sales office and we were greeted by Robert Brennan. He was very down to earth, kind, and willing to take us around to look at the model homes - which we did indulge in that excursion!
