It has come to my attention that a Franchisee of yours located in Holland, Michigan has been selling engine cleaner that are refilled bottles from bulk and passing them off as brand new unopened bottles of engine cleaner. Don't really know the laws on that but even if not illegal it is nonetheless deceptive. Avon shop messed up my last oil change.I called corporate and was told my next one would be free.now! Avon shop has no record of that!I would not recommend this shop to anyone!went in today they did oil change over and did a fine job.Thanks for making j t right!
Went in for a standard oil change and the employee drained my transmission fluid instead of the oil. They didn’t notice their mistake. After driving off I noticed jerking and slow response to acceleration. I called the location and they told me to come back and then the manager called me directly after getting off the phone and said to come straight back as he thought they drained my transmission fluid.
