This is my first time at Costa oil they were so friendly and so helpful
Although I used Groupon, and of course that means I’ll still have to pay whatever the extra charge is. I don’t like that I have to ask for all the services listed on the Groupon, to be done.(I had to ask that air be added to my tires, “ free top-offs, a battery test, and an 18-point inspection included”)….instead, I am offered all of these up charges, when I just simply want what I paid for. The service men are nice, but I do understand that those with a Groupon aren’t seen as as valuable as others, and it feels like that.
I went in with a coupon and they were kind of stand off ish. Then one guy was uncomfortably talking to my baby.. it was like they didn’t want me to use a synthetic blend when that’s all I use. One guy in the background, rolled his eyes and walked away when I said I know this is what I wanted and what I used. this was in the dead of the heat, with no air, with two babies in the car, and $15 left in my name
Staff was exceptional…. Safer me money and answered all question
I really enjoy going to get my oil change at Coastal. All of the guys are very nice and helpful.
