I have been seeing Dr Costa for many many years. She is beyond 5 stars. I trust her and recommend her. Lately, It has been difficult to reschedule appointments. My regular hygienist is superb but if you have to switch hygienists I would not recommend all of them. It does seem some of the newer personnel are not as professional as I have become accustomed to through the years.

Care is fine. Appointments hard to come by, can’t even schedule a regular cleaning every 6 months. But what brings my rating down is lack of communication. Apparently there was an issue between the practice and my insurance (GEHA) which led to a few months where they were no longer ‘in-network’. I had an appointment during this time and they did not tell me this when I checked in, even though I’m pretty sure they knew. Best Dental practice in Port Orchard ever. Marta is not just my dentist but I truly consider her and her staff my friends. They're always friendly and go above and beyond to help me out. I never dread coming into this office for cleanings or repairs. I cannot reccomend them enough.

Staff was friendly but dental work was awful my tooth now has a sharp feel to it and food gets stuck behind the filling and puts emence pressure on my gums that makes eatting unbarrable. When they went to numb my mouth it shot an electric shock feel across my face and even after two weeks my jaw still hurts...i have never left a review on a business but felt their 4.9 star rating was not correct rating. I will not be returning to this dentist.
