Happy receptionists and thorough work.
I have been seeing Dr Costa for many many years. She is beyond 5 stars. I trust her and recommend her. Lately, It has been difficult to reschedule appointments. My regular hygienist is superb but if you have to switch hygienists I would not recommend all of them. It does seem some of the newer personnel are not as professional as I have become accustomed to through the years.
Care is fine. Appointments hard to come by, can’t even schedule a regular cleaning every 6 months. But what brings my rating down is lack of communication. Apparently there was an issue between the practice and my insurance (GEHA) which led to a few months where they were no longer ‘in-network’. I had an appointment during this time and they did not tell me this when I checked in, even though I’m pretty sure they knew. Best Dental practice in Port Orchard ever. Marta is not just my dentist but I truly consider her and her staff my friends. They're always friendly and go above and beyond to help me out. I never dread coming into this office for cleanings or repairs. I cannot reccomend them enough.
