I visited the Bloor location earlier today seeking legal advice. I found the advice provided by Mr. Misir to be satisfactory. Never choose this law firm they will steal your money tells you pay $7k and they will handle your case with no extra fees and then 4 months later they want to charge you additional $12k to do nothing !!! Worst experience ever!! He probably bought his law degree from china because he sucks! Can’t even be honest with you !! Don’t trust David Costa / Ana Cardoso / Kowlasar Misir they will just steal your money without helping your case at all !
One of their drivers, in a white Toyota Tacoma, was somehow personally offended that I had merged into the lane he was speeding in, so much so that he loudly honked his horn, sped up and literally swerved around me, then immediately slowed down - brake checking and cutting me and 1 other driver off. this lawyer has no connection, David costa will just take your $ especially if you are facing DUI charge. find another lawyer. i got charged with DUI after paying $20K, ridiculous, no connection with so ever
Did not give me any information. Had attitude the minute I spoke to the receptionist as I explained my situation and she just sat there as if I was incoherent. Then was like ok I’ll transfer you. Spoke to a supervisor and she immediately got frustrated saying I would need a lawyer who doesn’t reside in Canada (not sure how accurate that is as I spoke to a Canadian lawyer just a few days ago). Overall even based on a minute long phone call they seemed unwilling to assist and frankly like they would rather do anything else.
