Within 40 minutes, my agent here found me a policy that saved me more than 20 percent of what i had been paying. This is THE place to go to find the best rates. I might need to make changes to my coverage later on and have complete confidence that my agent here will work very efficiently to find me the best deal.
The service is on point and proffessional. They took me on as someone who was cancelled for non payment. Gave me quote then insured me without a hitch. The best part is after my first 6 payments I eas give a discount that saved me $200.00
They are a lousy insurance agency. Jennifer Melo lies to you and she is very incompetent. Their policies are lousy now that they moved their insurance provider to Hanover Insurance.
They wrote a policy without my consent and I wasn't even allowed to make any changes to my policy. They do not look out for you or your best interest. Stay away from them. They also play favorites with their own kind.
I switch ins.co. to Costa and they were supposed to send a 2A form to show ins. change and they didnt. I found out at the registry I had a "canceled ins. po. for non-payment". I was able to clear this up. BUT I also had called them at one point to make some changes my policy. I was on the phone went over everything with a woman and I was told she would take care of it.
