I have tried for the past 30 years to encourage my husband to build a house and finally he agreed, but with conditions. We had to find a builder that we could trust implicitly. Well, we found that builder in Costa Homes. There was never anything that was too much for them. I had a vision and Costa brought that vision to life with perfection. Had a great experience with Costa Homes on our recent build. Found all the staff to be very helpful, particularly Joel in design and Hunter as the supervisor during the build. Communication with Kori and Renee in the office was always easy and pleasant. Final product was excellent and we love our new home. Great job guys, would highly recommend.
My wife and I had our new Costa home in Dicky Beach built in 2023 and we are very pleased we chose Costa as our builder. From start to finish this was a bad decision The design process was so bad having given a brief of our requirements every week we would return week after week for 4 months trying to get something we liked this was very wearing We where given asupplier’s to choose our plumbing and carpet and tile with a limit on the spend Every time we asked for them to rectify what they had done incorrectly they would charge extra They put drain pipes in front of a window again at our expense to move, they put a line of gravel in the middle ... read more
Cheap builds, poor layouts. Doesn't take responsibility in repairs for their own homes when problems occur and they just sell it off. Sad state of builders in Australia
