I cannot say how disappointed I am with my stay this year. We stayed for 5 nights and were given 1 set of towels to shower with for the entire time. And when we asked we were told we needed to pay to wash them in the laundry located on the 3rd floor. The pull out sofa had beer caps and dried puke on it. The furniture was very worn down, the door hinge was leaking some kind of fluid, the vent in the master bedroom did not work. Mattresses were so thin you could feel the wooden slats of the bed supports. There was an odd substance leaking down the door. The Juliette balcony door in the master bedroom didn't open. Beer bottle caps and dried vomit in the pull-out sofa bed. The lack of clean towels available in the room was concerning. Security was oddly focused on preventing people from drinking beverages purchased at the pool bar but took no action when an extremely intoxicated woman passed out next to the hot tub and then vomited in the bushes, on t... read more
