I booked this hotel based on what was clearly advertised on Booking.com, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was not given the room I had originally booked. When I spoke to the hotel director and showed proof of my original booking, he initially refused to accommodate it. Only after showing him clear evidence did he agree to "honor" my booking — but still attempted to charge me extra.
