Excellent hotel experience, from the Valet to Front Desk to Rooftop Bar and Pool staff. Everyone is very courteous and friendly, this is my second time staying here and is quickly becoming my favorite place in Hollywood Beach. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, pool area and jacuzzi are awesome, plus you can enjoy amenities after check out. Thanks to all staff for making our stay very enjoyable, will keep coming back when possible.
Los que mejor me atendieron fueron los Valet . Y era el algo que iba a anotar como negativo por que el hotel no tiene la opción de estacionarte tú mismo. No me parece bien que no tengan una tarifa de self estacionamiento. Solo se debe usar el valet o usar el valet. El hotel está muy bien ubicado a pocos metros de la playa. Vi siempre los tapetes de los elevadores muy sucios de arena. Es entendible pero los deberían limpiar más seguido. No pude conocer bien el hotel. I ask for a room change because my “balcony” room was looking into an inside courtyard and above me, people can see right into my room from the pool, which I went up and look right into. Moved to Room 605 much smaller and was a joined to another room which is a little creepy seeing someone could possibly enter your room. Tv volume not working in bedroom couldn’t watch tv in the room.
