Truck entrance is pass the building under the interstate. Swing out wide and they don’t open until 8am. Nice shipping clerk but if your load is not ready it may take a few hours. Shipping young lady was nice and they load you nicely.
I purchased several plants one a few in the ceramic pots which one broke during delivery. I reached out right after delivered with pictures and they informed me that I will not receive a replacement but only 20% back. To me... that's horrible customer service and I will never from them again in fear that it'll happen again and I won't receive a replacement. Buyer bear of purchasing the plants in the ceramic pots. You're better off buying one after you get the plant.
