i am giving them 3 star cause i ordered one alocasia friday and i didnt got any mail or anything till next week Tuesday. so i have decided to mail them and i got instant replies and i got the plant other thursday. but the plant i got has lot of cosmetic damage on it (on new leaves). so all over my online plant shopping experience was not so good. but i am very happy with their customer services.
