It's an okay place. The staff is nice. Sadly, the pool is WAY overcrowded due to the fact that the hotel lets it OPEN TO NON GUESTS. With kids screaming and backflipping and throwing stuff and hitting people, it really takes away from the vibe, especially when you have paid an astronomical price to stay here. If you go down to the beach, the covers on the beach chairs smell like a gym locker room. If you are looking for upscale and relaxing, this isn't the place.
It's a nice place, but it's WAY overcrowded with kids screaming and backflipping and throwing stuff at the pool and hitting people. Not totally the hotel's fault, it's more the braindead parents; but the hotel does nothing to curb this at all. So, nice place, if you are looking for upscale and relaxing, this isn't it.

I love it here. The rooms are nice, the grounds are gorgeous, the spa is small, but amazing. The pool is great or you can get an umbrella and chairs on the beach. The ocean is clear, calm and beautiful in Vero. Perfect for swimming. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops from the hotel. The food at the hotel is really good too. We had lunch by the pool, the rock shrimp and crab salad is excellent. I cant wait to go back. It’s a hidden gem!
